A Pennsylvania man, Justin Mohn, has been charged with murder by the police after allegedly posting a disturbing video on YouTube.

The video depicted a decapitated head, identified as that of his father, Michael Mohn. The gruesome discovery was made by a woman in their Levittown home, leading to Mohn’s arrest by the Middletown Township Police Department.

During the online diatribe, Mohn railed against the Biden administration and the border crisis while declaring himself the new acting US president under martial law and decrying his father as a traitor.

The victim, Michael Mohn, worked for the US Army Corps of Engineers Philadelphia District, the agency told reporters.

The criminal complaint outlines charges of first-degree murder, abuse of a corpse, and possession of an instrument of crime against Justin Mohn.

The police, responding to a report of a deceased male, found Michael Mohn decapitated in the bathroom, alongside a machete and a large kitchen knife. Rubber gloves with apparent bloodstains were also discovered in another part of the house.

Justin Mohn had left the crime scene in his father’s vehicle, triggering a multi-agency effort to locate and apprehend him at Fort Indiantown Gap, miles away.

The police were alerted to the shocking incident through a 14-minute YouTube video where Mohn, wearing distinctive clear rubber gloves, holds his father’s decapitated head, making explicit and disturbing statements about him.

YouTube promptly removed the video, citing policy violations related to graphic violence and violent extremism.

Mohn’s YouTube channel was terminated in accordance with the platform’s policies. Despite attempts to track him using his cellphone, he was eventually arrested about 100 miles away from the crime scene and brought back to Bucks County.

Justin Mohn, denied bail, remains in jail awaiting a preliminary court hearing scheduled for Feb. 8. In the video, he made inflammatory remarks about his father being a federal employee for 20 years, accusing him of betrayal.

Mohn also attacked President Joe Biden’s administration, the Black Lives Matter movement, the LGBTQ community, and called for the death of federal officials.

Authorities, emphasizing no threat to the public, assure an ongoing investigation. Mohn, refusing to provide details about the incident, leaves many unanswered questions, according to Middletown Police Lt. Pete Feeney.
