D’Souza posed a thought-provoking question to his audience, accompanied by a revealing clip, “What stands as the ultimate defense against a police state? As the founding fathers recognized, it’s the Second Amendment.”
This clip spotlights an interview with North Korean defector Yeonmi Kim, who, in her book ‘While Time Remains,’ delves into the early signs of the totalitarianism she witnessed in North Korea, which are now emerging in America. As detailed on policestatefilm.net, the film is scheduled for nationwide theatrical showings on October 23 and October 25, with a virtual screening set for October 27.

D’Souza Media LLC produced this film, centering on the manipulation of the legal system against conservative and Christian Americans.
“‘Police State’ is a project I never aspired to undertake because I never wished for America to reach a point necessitating such a film,” D’Souza shared on the movie’s website. “I perceive myself as the sentinel alerting the herd to imminent peril, so we can take preventive action before it’s too late.”
Collaboratively created with conservative commentator and former Secret Service Agent Dan Bongino, the documentary also features actor Nick Searcy.
Bongino asserted, “The police state is not a future threat; it is an existing reality. The indicators are ubiquitous, and once recognized, our awareness of the perils we face will be heightened.”
Searcy commented on the current state of political persecution in the U.S., saying, “Relentless targeting of political adversaries by the ruling party is a characteristic of totalitarian states. In a police state, the only genuine offense is daring to question the State. America has transformed into a police state.”
The documentary comprises interviews with prominent conservative figures, including Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH), Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY), former Chief of Staff to the Secretary of Defense Kash Patel, Dan Bongino, and other key voices.
