Serious allegations have been made by Janel Grant, a former WWE employee, who claims in her sex-trafficking lawsuit that Vince McMahon and another WWE executive sexually assaulted her at the company’s headquarters in Stamford, Conn.

Grant alleges that McMahon used black and white sex toys, naming them after WWE wrestlers based on their race. According to the lawsuit, McMahon was most aggressive when using sex toys named after male WWE wrestlers.

The lawsuit further claims that McMahon named the sex toys to match the race of the wrestlers, with a black dildo named after an African American wrestler and a white one after a Caucasian wrestler. Grant asserts that McMahon caused her bodily injuries using his fist and other objects and sex toys.

Her attorneys describe this behavior as part of McMahon’s efforts to desensitize her and make demands for sexual acts within WWE.

The 67-page lawsuit, filed in Connecticut federal court, also accuses McMahon of forcing Grant into a sexual relationship to secure and maintain her job.

It includes allegations of McMahon circulating explicit pictures and videos of her to other men, including WWE employees. McMahon, who denies the allegations, stepped down as WWE’s CEO in 2022 amid a similar investigation.

The lawsuit also names the WWE and John Laurinaitis, the company’s former head of talent relations and general manager, as defendants.

Grant’s attorney, Ann Callis, expressed hope that the lawsuit would prevent further victimization of women. WWE’s parent company, TKO Group, issued a statement taking the allegations seriously, emphasizing that McMahon does not control TKO or oversee WWE’s day-to-day operations.

According to the lawsuit, McMahon lived in the same building as Grant and offered her a job at WWE in 2019. Grant alleges that the job’s requirements included a physical relationship with McMahon and later with Laurinaitis and others. McMahon reportedly showered her with gifts, including a luxury car, over the following years.

The lawsuit also claims that McMahon offered one of his star wrestlers a sexual encounter with Grant as a perk in 2021. Grant seeks unspecified monetary damages and aims to void a $3 million nondisclosure agreement, alleging she received only $1 million from it.
