As the retail giant Target and beer brand Bud Light continue to face backlash for their support of radical transgenderism, business mogul Kevin O’Leary has weighed in on the situation.
On Fox News’ “Jesse Watters Primetime,” O’Leary stated that what Bud Light and Target are doing is a “huge mistake” and that corporate America should take notice of this.
He warned against taking sides when it comes to divisive issues such as abortion or gender identity, noting that doing so will result in both sides boycotting the company.
O’Leary also had a warning for Chip and Joanna Gaines who have begun to face criticism from fans due to their partnership with Target – despite being Christians whose beliefs oppose Target’s political activism.
According to O’Leary, if they take a stand against this issue, they could see up to 30% loss of sales.
Social media has become an effective tool for gauging public opinion on certain topics; according to O’Leary, it can be both positive or negative depending on how companies handle these issues.
When it comes to politics and gender identity, it's best for corporations to stay out of it.
If you're selling consumer goods and services, you cannot be partisan in any way. I say this time and time again… Read the room! pic.twitter.com/7HuJKMQbKw

This rang true for Budweiser who lost billions of dollars in market share after partnering with transgender TikTok influencer Dylan Mulvaney while Anheuser-Busch InBev faced similar consequences after its brief collaboration with Mulvaney.
Similarly, Target has also seen dramatic losses since its partnership with a satanist clothing designer was met with criticism from both right-wingers and left-wingers alike.
This all goes to show that corporations should just stick to selling products instead of attempting to push their personal agendas onto customers through culture war issues – something which rarely ends well for them either way.
If Chip and Joanna Gaines want to remain faithful Christian allies then they should seriously consider cutting ties with Target before their reputation is further tarnished by association with the controversial retail giant.
Companies like Budweiser need not worry about anything else but making great beers while companies like Target must realize that no amount of woke ideology will make up for alienating half your consumer base through politics or religion disguised as fashion statements!
