The entire investigative team tasked with probing tax fraud allegations against Hunter Biden has reportedly been removed by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) at the request of the Department of Justice (DOJ), according to the New York Post.
This move has been deemed “clearly retaliatory” by the attorneys of the Criminal Supervisory Special Agent who had supervised the Hunter Biden probe since 2020 and served as a whistleblower on the investigation.

The special agent’s attorneys have revealed that the agent was informed that the change came at the request of the DOJ despite testimony before a House Committee that promised no retaliatory measures would be taken.
The whistleblower alleges that there have been “clear conflicts of interest” in the DOJ’s handling of the investigation into Hunter Biden’s failure to pay taxes and making false statements on a federal firearms application, as well as “preferential treatment and politics” that are “improperly infecting decisions and protocols that would normally be followed by career law enforcement professionals.”
The attorneys have argued that their client is protected by the 5 U.S.C. § 2302 which allows whistleblowers to make disclosures to Congress without fear of retaliatory personnel actions.
They have further argued that any attempt by any government official to prevent a federal employee from furnishing information to Congress is a direct violation of longstanding appropriations restriction and 18 U.S.C. § 1505, which makes obstructing an investigation of Congress a crime.
The removal of the investigative team is yet another example of the political corruption that has become all too common at the FBI and throughout the Biden Crime Family. It is clear that the Biden Administration is trying to protect Hunter Biden from the consequences of his actions and from any further investigation into his tax fraud activities.
The Biden Administration’s blatant disregard for the law and its efforts to protect Hunter Biden have been exposed, and it is time for the American people to take a stand against this corruption and demand that justice is served.
