By now it’s become painfully obvious that the left is trying to cover up the truth about the Department of Justice’s (DOJ) policies when it comes to gender identity and inmate safety. But now, thanks to investigative journalist James O’Keefe and his team at O’Keefe Media Group, we’re getting a glimpse into the truth about the DOJ’s “roll over” approach in the face of lawsuits from inmates over gender policies.

The report from O’Keefe Media Group reveals that the Washington Corrections Center for Women (WCCW) is allowing trans-identifying men to pair up with women in the same cells. It’s a system that is being abused, with some inmates claiming they are transgender in order to get taxpayer-funded transgender surgeries.

Dr. Linda Noelle, a Federal Bureau of Prisons psychologist, was quoted in the undercover video interview saying: “And then they go through [American Civil Liberties Union], and then the ACLU sues the DOJ. And the DOJ, unfortunately, under Merrick Garland, it rolls over. It doesn’t go through the courts, so they just pay people off.”

This isn’t the first time we’ve seen the DOJ “roll over” on gender policies. O’Keefe Media Group also exposed an alleged “million-dollar baby” scheme where trans-identifying male and female federal inmates involved in a pregnancy sue the WCCW that results in high-dollar settlements funded by taxpayers.

We’ve also heard from anonymous female inmates at WCCW who discussed an alleged scheme involving convicted male felons claiming to be transgender “just so they could have sex with female inmates.”

You can watch some of that here:

It’s clear that Attorney General Merrick Garland is not taking the safety of female inmates seriously. He needs to start taking action to ensure that the DOJ is not turning a blind eye to the abuse of gender policies.

The DOJ’s “roll over” approach is not only dangerous, but it’s also a complete waste of taxpayer money. No one should be receiving taxpayer-funded surgeries or settlements just because they’re claiming to be transgender. It’s time for Merrick Garland to start taking action and put an end to the abuse of gender policies.
