It’s time to call out the Left’s latest attack on women: the war on women’s sports. This attack has been spearheaded by Democrats and left-wing athletes, all of whom have opposed a Republican bill to protect women’s sports.
Congresswoman Nancy Mace (R-SC) recently appeared on “This Week” Sunday to express her support of the legislation, which passed on a party-line basis on Thursday. She used her personal experience to illustrate that women are vulnerable to abuse from biological males; furthermore, she explained how female athletes had already been unfairly treated in their sports.
“[T]his is the Left’s new war on women,” Mace said. “I don’t want to see biological men take away the achievements of women and girls.”
Mace’s words were met with criticism from a letter signed by 40 professional athletes, including Megan Rapinoe, Sue Bird, and others. However, Mace made it clear that she is aware of the dangers women face in their sports.
“We don’t want to keep anyone from competing,” she said. “But these are biological men. They’re much stronger. They shouldn’t be in the locker rooms. And you hear these stories. And they’re real.”
It’s time to speak out against the Left’s insidious war on women and girls. We need to protect the rights of female athletes and ensure that they are not being put at an unfair disadvantage. It’s not only wrong, it’s a violation of their rights as women.

Lawmakers must also protect the safety of female athletes. They need to make sure that biological males are not allowed in female locker rooms and showers and to ensure that female athletes are not exposed to any inappropriate behavior or abuse.
It’s time to stand up to the Left and defend women’s sports. We must make sure that female athletes are not being taken advantage of, and that their rights as women and athletes are being respected. We must make sure that they are allowed to compete in a safe and fair environment.
