The recent ABC News/Washington Post poll showed that only 16% of Americans say they’re better off since Joe Biden took office, with four in 10 (40%) saying their financial situation has gotten worse.
Despite those horrific numbers, the liberal media wants everyone to believe that Biden’s economy is thriving. Printing money is not thriving, in fact, it’s why we’re all suffering under inflation.
Joy Reid recently gushed over President Joe Biden ahead of his State of the Union address, claiming that Democrats are better leaders all around when compared to Republicans. She claimed that Biden has accomplished a lot, including the “big infrastructure bill,” “Inflation Reduction Act,” “lowest unemployment since May 1969,” “lowered prescription drug costs,” and “largest investment in combatting climate change”.
The truth is, Biden’s infrastructure bill is full of pork and special interest giveaways. And while Biden has lowered unemployment, it’s largely due to the Trump-approved stimulus packages. The reduction in prescription drug costs is also largely thanks to the Trump administration. And Biden’s investment in combatting climate change is largely symbolic — it won’t do much to actually reduce emissions.
What’s more, the ABC News/Washington Post poll showed that most Democrats don’t even want Biden to win the 2024 nomination. This shows that even Democrats are beginning to question Biden’s ability to lead.
