The clowns on MSNBC are absolutely SHOCKED that polls and early voter turnout are spelling disaster for Democrats this midterm. Firstly, the party in power is rarely the voters’ first choice in the following elections so their shock here is kind of stupid. More importantly, and here is where it went wrong for Democrats, they built their platform on two non-key “issues”—Abortion and anti-Trump rhetoric.
Neither of these “issues” is actually a concern for voters. In short, Democrats screwed up and didn’t listen to voters and now they will have to pay the price. Fitting, considering it was their insane spending that has been the driving force for inflation—A crisis that people ARE actually concerned about.
MSNBC can sort of see the issue but ignored the fact the voters want change and blamed the shift on what they say is Democrats no bragging enough. That’s all Democrats do, so this is kinda laughable, in my opinion…
Stephanie Ruhle and guest, The Circus producer Mark McKinnon expressed just that with McKinnon saying, “it is unfortunate because I think that they could chew and walk at the same time, and have talked up a bunch of the legislative economic measures to help cushion people from inflationary pressures.”
After McKinnon repeated himself about how midterms tend to go poorly for the party in power, he held out hope for Democrats, “But we have got a good report today. There’s limited time left, but I’ll also say that voters when they think about the economic conditions, they are looking forward, not really looking at where they are right now, but looking at where they think things are going to be. So Democrats have a very narrow window. But if they get out the megaphone, it could help.”
Personally what I see is that Democrats have not only ignored the issues voters are actually concerned with to push forward with their own agendas but the nail in the coffin has been that they’re continuing forwards on expensive projects amid real hardship. Seems pretty obvious. So why are the nuts at MSNBC shocked to see Democrats fail? Because their political activism and biased reporting have done little to sway voters this election—That’s why.
