In a chilling discovery near President Donald Trump’s rally venue in Uniondale, New York, police reportedly found an explosive device inside a car. The Nassau County Police Department confirmed the unsettling news, with sources revealing that a K9 unit detected the device during routine security checks. The driver of the vehicle, upon the discovery, fled into nearby woods, raising even more alarms about the security situation around the rally.
An investigative report from James Lalino, shared through The Gateway Pundit, confirmed these developments. According to Lalino’s police sources, “During K9, doing their checks, they found an explosive device in one of the vehicles, and that driver ended up running into the woods.” He further noted, “The perimeter was breached, and a blue barrel was removed from the area surrounding tonight’s Trump rally site.”
What Causes “Black Violence”?
While the explosive device’s exact nature remains unclear, the breach of security and the suspect’s flight pose significant concerns. A large number of vehicles began parking along Hempstead Turnpike and Eisenhower Park, with people gathering in anticipation of Trump’s speech. Security forces are now grappling with ensuring safety in an environment where threats have escalated alarmingly.
This incident marks the second potential assassination attempt on President Trump in recent months. Just a few weeks ago, an armed individual fired shots at Trump’s golf club in West Palm Beach, Florida, as Trump played on the 5th hole with real estate mogul Steve Witkoff. The gunman, 58-year-old Routh, had specifically targeted Trump, although it remains unclear whether the shots heard were from the attacker or the Secret Service responding to neutralize the threat. Trump later commented that his Secret Service team acted swiftly, shooting first at the suspect’s barrel as he hid in nearby bushes.
Adding to the concerns, there was a near-fatal shooting aimed at President Trump in July during a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania. A bullet struck Trump’s ear, nearly claiming his life in what would have been a devastating moment for the nation.
Despite these threats, Trump remains undeterred. He is scheduled to speak at 7 p.m. ET to a crowd of thousands gathered in the deep blue state of New York. His resilience, in the face of mounting political violence, underscores his firm commitment to his supporters and his America First agenda.
However, these threats are not occurring in a vacuum. The political landscape has become increasingly volatile, as seen in the discontent brewing within Nassau County, where Trump’s rally is taking place. Nassau County has been hit particularly hard by the liberal policies championed by Kamala Harris and the Democrat Party. Since Harris assumed office, New York households have faced an additional financial burden of $27,387, driven by rising costs in essential areas such as food, shelter, energy, and transportation.

The devastating impact of these policies is evident in the local economy. New Yorkers are now paying $4,118 more on food, $4,656 on shelter, $3,882 on energy, and $8,621 on transportation. Hardworking families in Nassau County, like millions of Americans, are being financially squeezed as inflation rises, wages stagnate, and quality jobs become harder to find. President Trump’s message of restoring economic strength has struck a chord with those who remember the prosperity of his first term, which brought rising wages, strong job growth, and a booming economy.
But it’s not just the economy that is at stake. Nassau County has also borne the brunt of the chaos caused by Harris’s reckless open-border policies. The influx of illegal immigrants into nearby sanctuary cities like New York City has spilled over into Nassau County, contributing to a rise in crime and jeopardizing the safety of its residents. Earlier this year, an illegal migrant who crossed the border in November 2023 attacked a homeowner in Hempstead, a chilling reminder of how open-border policies endanger law-abiding citizens.
In another disturbing trend, in 2023, police arrested eight men from South America in connection with a series of break-ins targeting homes and businesses across Nassau County. Crime rates continue to climb, and many locals feel that their once-safe neighborhoods are now under siege.
President Trump has been vocal in his opposition to these dangerous policies. His message to Nassau County and all of America is clear: if you want to return to the days of a strong economy, secure borders, and safe neighborhoods, then the choice is obvious—vote for the Trump-Vance ticket. Trump’s campaign is built on a proven track record of success. Under his leadership, America saw its strongest economy in over 60 years, with wage growth, record job creation, and a secure southern border that drastically reduced illegal immigration and the associated crime.
The stakes couldn’t be higher for Nassau County and the nation as a whole. As Trump prepares to take the stage tonight, his message will resonate with those tired of economic strain, rising crime, and the political incompetence that has plagued the current administration. For Trump supporters, this rally isn’t just another campaign event—it’s a battle cry for the return of common sense, law and order, and economic prosperity.
As Trump takes the podium at 7 p.m., Nassau County residents and Americans nationwide will be reminded of the stark contrast between the Biden-Harris administration’s failures and the successes of Trump’s first term. Amid rising tensions, political violence, and economic hardship, Trump’s unwavering message of hope, strength, and renewal offers a path forward for those ready to reclaim their country.
