The age old question about police quotas and if they exist, has always been a wonder and debate among the residents of towns, about their police.
Short answer is that they do exist.
Longer answer, as I show in this video, is that they ruin both the cops’ and the citizens’ lives in the process.
It will always be my opinion that we the people must attend village / city hall meeting and learn more about what our local government does, as their employers, rather than as their targets.
